A great opportunity exists for a local student to gain a work placement 1 day per week with a local plumbing business that services the Macedon Ranges Shire. The placement will see them gain exposure to all aspects of the plumbing trade. A great community minded local business.

Skills You Might Learn

knowledge of plumbing and building maintenance
- knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
- knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- client services

Typical Tasks & Duties

Working along side a qualified plumber, you will undertake a range of plumbing tasks in both a domestic and commerical environment across the following services:
- heating
-hot water
- house boats
- septic
- sewerage
-emergency services

Student Requirements

The student should have an interest in entering the plumbing trade, be keen and eager to learn

Dress Requirements

Wear long pants & safety boots

Special Transport Requirements

Students must be able to get to the office for the commencement of their shift
