Established in 1936 the newly renovated Royal Mail Hotel is ideally located in a magnificent part of Northern Victoria just 35kms from Melbourne. Skills You Might Learn

The student will gain an understanding of front of house operations, customer service, order taking, learn how to complete table service,cleaning, develop good workplace communication skills and learn how to work well in a team.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Some of the task and duties may include:
- Clearing and setting tables
- Running food to tables Running
-Preparing certain beverages
- Daily general cleaning
-Preparing restaurant for evening shift

Student Requirements

Student's must be undertaking a VETiS Hospitality course and wanting experience in front of house operations (food and beverage service). Students must be reliable, friendly and have good communications skills

Dress Requirements

closed toe shoes, black pants and top. Discuss further with employer.

Special Transport Requirements

A bus is available in Whittlesea. Refer to PTV ap for other route options.
