The SWL opportunity is for a Maintenance Fitter and for students interested in area such as engineering, manufacturing and construction. Costa Exchange is looking for the next superstar student to consider as an Apprentice.

You will also learn about preventative and corrective breakdown maintenance to improve the productive life of the Company's capital equipment, reduce critical equipment breakdown, and minimise production loss due to equipment failures.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Due to the expertise required for such a role this SWL position will commence as an observation and a watch and learn scenario. There are many tasks that are performed by the maintenance fitters which you will have a chance to gain skills in. This may include tasks such as:- fit parts to heavy machinery and industrial equipment, install, maintain and repair a range of heavy machinery and industrial tools including their mechanical and hydraulic components.

Student Requirements

Costa Exchange is looking for a student who they may consider offering employment. The student therefore must be highly motivated and genuinely interested an excited about a career in Engineering. Students must be relaible, able to attend the full 10 weeks and have a positive and friendly attitude.
