Skills You Might Learn

The student will gain skills in customers service, table service, reservations, clearing and tidying up tables and service area. There is the opportunity to learn how to make coffee and serve morning and afternoon tea.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Will include welcoming and seating customers, set tables with clean linen cutlery, crockery and glasses. take reservations,talk to guests, serve food and drinks, clear tables and return dishes to kitchen.

Student Requirements

Neat personal appearance, a high level of personal hygiene, good communication skills, polite and efficient, enjoy working with people, able to work with a team, able to handle money, and able to cope with the physical demands of the job.

Dress Requirements

Black pants and shirt or polo top.

Special Transport Requirements

Make own way to City Bowls club.
