Skills You Might Learn

Skills will be developed in customer service,setting up, basic food preparation, clearing dishes, plate carrying and food service. Working as part of a team and transferable general employ-ability skills will be attained.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will be involved in various facets of front and back of house, with duties including basic food preparation, cleaning, greeting and serving customers. Along with cash handling and taking Eftpos payments. To be considered for this position a student must have a keen interested in the hospitality industry and work well as part of a team.
