Students will be exposed to a range of business and administration activities with the Host Employer; this will be complemented by their Certificate studies.
Typical Tasks & Duties
Attending the workplace one day a week and undertaking Certificate training another day, the students will be well prepared to to undertake various tasks and duties across a range of functional areas. It is quite likely students will be rotated through areas to give them a wide exposure to the operations of the RSA. Various administrative tasks will include working with forms, correspondence, computer based activity, filing and building up their customer service and team work skills.
Students need to be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, show initiative, be able to listen and take direction and be respectful to the employer. Students will also need to ensure they abide by all the Host Employer's Policies during their employment.

Special Transport Requirements
The workplace is centrally located near Southern Cross station. The training facility is in Docklands.
