This team of landscapers are offering an opportunity to learn a range of skills in the trade. The majority of work will be domestic gardens in the South Eastern Suburbs. This is an opportunity to gain an understanding of the complete development of domestic gardens.

Skills You Might Learn

This is a hands on labour intensive placement. You will learn about leveling ground, laying gravel, planting, You will gain knowledge of workplace health and safety practices on the job, team work, and gain knowledge of the industry

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will learn about all aspects of domestic landscaping, preparing and planting new gardens and updating existing gardens. Task will include; planting mulching, digging, raking, moving soil, leveling grounds for planting, planting lawns, paving and assisting with other tasks.

Student Requirements

Students are required to be punctual and timely. Students will be required to work regardless of seasonal conditions.

Dress Requirements

Work boots and sun protection.

Special Transport Requirements

students must be able to attend first site of the day. From there they can be transported with employer
