Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is a small rural health service in north central Victoria providing a broad range of services to its community. Acute and residential aged care services are complemented by primary care services and home nursing.

Typical Tasks & Duties
Student tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Ensure friendly & professional customer service at all times.
- Setup and mise en place of kitchen.
- Communicate and liaise with team members
- Food preparation as instructed
- Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
- Provide general assistance in cleaning, as directed.
- Ability to work in a team based environment.
- Work according to policies and procedures
Student Requirements
Suitable for VCE or VCAL student as only one day out of school a week. Applicants from year 10 and 11 welcome to apply.

Dress Requirements
Student own chef's whites and closed toe, non slip leather shoes.
School pants and polo top is acceptable.
Student to change into chef's uniform at workplace.
Special Transport Requirements
Students are responsible for getting to and from work. Bus and train station across the road
